Untitled : Plans and Chances 1339
Untitled : Plans and Chances 1339 or Fragments of Earth invites contemplation — a reminder that even in brokenness, something resilient endures.
I am drawn to the way landscapes hold history: layers formed through pressure, erosion, damage, and renewal. Nature never returns to what it was, yet it continues, transformed. I wanted to capture that tension between destruction and rebirth.
The textured surface, scraped marks, and deep earthy tones are intentionally raw, reflecting the beauty of imperfection and the truth that strength is often born from fracture. The vertical strokes of ochre and gold rise like new growth pushing through scorched ground, symbolizing hope that persists even in the harshest environments.
Fragments of Earth exists as a reminder that what has been broken can become something powerful — that endurance itself is an art form. This work is an invitation to pause, reflect, and recognize the quiet force that keeps us moving forward.
